Because Serena is such an exceptional sailor ^^
Inspired by the Sailor Moon series. Drawed with regular pencils, finalized with nankin ink pencils and colored with Faber Castell's polychrome colored pencils. I'm not sure but it took me probably two hours to draw plus half an hour to paint.
