she's Hotaru Tomoe, the best one of the Senshi's. I made the lineart and i'm quite satisfied of the
result! I started vectoring it looking at an other picture about Hotaru, because the one I used to do the vector was
very low in quality :hmpf:
I found that all the shadows are made by 3 gradients of the same colour, so it was easier for me.
