Slayers Wallpaper: Shine Like Gold

I've never done anything like this before, so please forgive me if I have no idea what I'm doing/talking about. Basically, though, this here wallpaper is a redrawing of this screenshot: http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g268/DesdemonaVIII/Other%20Images/gfjdfgjhfd.jpg

I have a somewhat low-tech confession to make. Now, I don't draw much (as you can probably tell), but when I do draw I always use Paint Shop Pro 7 instead of my Photoshop CS2. It's just more comfortable for me. So that's where I did the lineart (using the point to point draw tool in a sad attempt to run away from the pen tool) and the flat coloring. Then I did the rest in Photoshop CS2.

Sure, there are problems with it, but to be honest, for a first effort in this kinda thing, I'm happy with it. It's basically my proof of concept. And I have sooo many shippy Slayers screenshots I'd love to see turned into wallpapers.
