When I saw this scan, I knew right away I wanted to make something with it. I started working on the vector the very same day :D
The problem was, in order to make the image of Lina functional, I had to draw the missing fingers and finish off the cake. I think I did a pretty good job.
I tried many different things for the background, it seems I'm just no good at making them anymore...I wanted something not too complicated that could look like it was a page used at the beginning of a manga....
I still like it alot, Lina Inverse will forever be my favorite anime/manga gall and this is also to celebrate the revival of the series Slayers that will get a new anime in 2008!
