Its a nice wallpaper with a lovely colorsheme but there are some things which bothers me. I hope you don't minde some critism.
Maybe its just my personal prefences but in my opinion the background is too realistic compared to the scan you used. I know it's kinda hard to combine a realistic photo with an anime character, but sometime it works kinda nice, but not on this one.
Shiori is glowing? why is she glowing? and she is a bit overblurred. On the outside of the scan she also gets transparent. I can see the ground through her legs. as long as she isn't a ghost thats nearly impossible^^;
okee I really hope you're not angry or anything. i just wanted to help you and maybe improve this wallaper. Since actually it's a really nice one!have a nice day!

im gonna have to agree, she just doesnt fit with the background, the styles are too different.
