I really like the scan, but I think you may have gone a tiny bit overboard with the brushes. The colouring is great though.

Well i've been working on this for a little while alongside the Nuclear End wallpaper (mostly so i didn't go insane during the process of making it) and i decided to finish it now. Hope you like it ^^ I tried out a few new things while making this so i hope it's all pleasing to you ^^

this brings out the feeling or sadness in the wallpaper alright :)
your vector's clean and well-colored. ;) but I do have to agree on chrisp-chan that is to soften on the rain and it'll look breater! :)
