I was asked if I could do this by zeroherrera so... I
did it :)
It's taken from the same op as my previous
wallpaper... -> screenshot.
Compared to my precious wallpaper, on this one I tried to give it a more detailed look... hope it worked... I also had
to "build" her left hand so ... hope it's good

Instead of sad, I'd say she looks more like tired. Same goes for the Winry counterpart. Their tiredness might come from their preoccupation about Roy and Edward constant recklessness. And, maybe, just maybe, of waiting for Roy and Edward to notice them a little bit more...
Vector looks fine. I like the fact that you finished her cropped hand.

Put what she "says" on the opening like title XD maybe it woulb be cool, but it is just a suggestion ^^ cause you said you're not good with titles.

Ah...I saw this in the 1st opening of the 2009fma anime...I'm pretty sure she muttered something in this scene that matches the song lyric...something about "stop" or "please"...probably worried about Roy's wound (spoiler ..hehe)

this brings out the feeling or sadness in the wallpaper alright :)
your vector's clean and well-colored. ;) but I do have to agree on chrisp-chan that is to soften on the rain and it'll look breater! :)
