1920x1200 Wallpaper
HAHA YES I RECYCLED! AKA, I'm lazy, yes!
I decided to re-use this vectr, but in a very different type of wallpaper. Don't mind my laziness; I was inspired.
So, yes!
I chose to vector this scan: hotaru no haka ost cover by candy-chan because I love Hotaru no Haka (Grave of the Fireflies). It is one of the best movies I have ever seen, and ever created (as far as I am concerned).
So, on to the wallpaper. I ended up using two textures from hybrid-geness and a paper stock texture. The rest was all done via default Photohop brushes, tedius work and my vector.
The vector overall was not hard, but Setsuko's doll was hard for me. Gah ... Oh, I'm gonna cry thinking about Setsuko. The first wallpaper I made with this vector was more hopeful, but this hints at Setsuko's more, real tragic ending.

ok so i LOVE thsi wall, everything, the texture the text, the composition and the colors, but theres just one thing that throws me off: the lack of shadow on his face makes hims seem disfigured, i think you should just make the shadow and then make it slightly darker or play with colors, wahtever just to imply that there is a shadow there.

On very rare occasions I come to comment wallpapers, but with this one I felt it was nessesary. It's because I do
admire very much artists that still make wallpapers with those wonderful anime clasics.
