Another wall by me (I wonder how many descriptions of mine start with those words:)),
dragon one again. (OK, I admit I love dragons!)
This took about six or seven hours, mainly re-painting and lineart, I also had to add a piece of the dragon body when it was really needed and I also slightly vectored the princess's face. This wall is a combination of two different scans, one with the princess and the other with the dragons, so I had to blend them together properly which had shown up as the biggest problem since the background wasn't hard much.

There's no wrong in loving and making dragons! If you asked me I'd always say we need more of them around.
Now being serious, really like this. The only room for improvement I could spot would be the contrast between the girl and the rest of the wall. It's true that this contrast draws attention to the main focus of the wall but I feel the effect could still be done even if you reduced the color saturation (not too much tho). You know, to go with the "sepia" feel this wall gives.
But that's a tiny thing really, it's quite enjoyable as it is now.

hmm i agree with revan, i think taht she should be at least a slightly different color, but brighter and more contrasted than the dragons. i think she would blend better that way.
but other than that its very gorgeous, lovely extraction (and 99% of the time i hate extractions) and i cant tell where your lineart begins and where the scan starts XD

It's so beautiful! I love the dragon too >___< The scratchy texture also makes it look so authentically olden day art ish ... *hearts*
I disagree with the above comment. I think Hinoto's colour is fine and is brighter than the background just right, so she stands out and seems to glow a bit.
