I went to upload the Allen Vector a few days ago, but I wasn't able to because of the problems with MT as of late, though thankfully it seems like things are back to normal, but in the mean time, while waiting was working on another DGM vector wallie
This is the first Lavi (Rabi) Pic that I've done. Been meaning to do one for awhile now, but there always seemed to
be a more pressing Allen one to do lol.
For those that have been following the show, this was the time when Lava and Leenalee had returned to the ship after not being able to find Allen and thinking he was dead.
He was just leaning on the rail of the ship deep in thought about all the past events at this time.
When I finished the picture, it seemed, like it was missing something. So, I put it away for the night and looked at it again in the morning to figure out what to do. It still seemed rather "blahhhhh" .
After playing with it for a little bit, decided to add some rain and fog to add to the dreary, down mood, and of course being out to sea you can have these fog patches and weather changes, so thought it added a bit of an extra touch to it.

But apart from this.. I think the vector it's not so precise , I can see some imperfect liness.. and also the colours could be better, more strong -
