brushes I found browsing around at deviantart.com.I got the background from one of the GSD
Phase. I found the ShinnxStellar image from an online auction (I think).
Used: Adobe Photoshop CS2 +
Illustrator CS3
Notes:
- Water looks too plain
- clouds are kind of smudged too much and not a lot of shades
- the cherry blossom petals are just one shaded and the motion blur kind of looks weird
- adding some small birds from the distance would've been a nice touch, but I decided not to
I know even though we're currently friends I really kind of hope he decides to come back (I must be wishful thinking). It's been a constant back together then break-up and the cycle goes again. Though it's only been 2x and I feel it's going to go on. -.-" I still have feelings for him, but most of all I want to still see him during the summer. Or maybe even better things will clear up for him and then... I don't know. Yeah, our relationship is complex (or at least he makes it). DX
The fifth day of the start of summer vacation and it's been boring as hell. I'm not kidding when I mean by that. I just hate summer period!
Wow, Well I'm back! Wish I could say I'm offically back onto photoshopping, but my Dad I think can't afford extending more memory for my sister's hardware. x_x I'll try to still take ever bit of memory from the hardware by making a lot of space of even pushing the laptop. >=D Plus I got a Summer Internship (Summer Job) and I joined a volunteer program for the summer. So I can imagine that I'll be quite busy even to go on MT.
In a way I'm content with how this turned out. I really liked how the colors turned out. Especially it wasn't really easy working on an small image, I managed.
Yes, I did started this on January, but for some reason while I was almost finished coloring Shinn & Stellar on the main computer at home, it frozed and shut off as I saved it. Then when I tried to open up the PSD file of the image it says it's corrupted so I had to restart it. D< That really pissed me off so then I just gave up and waited until Summer Vacation started.
My plan though is to update my userpage first then onto changing the background of the userpage (finally after 1 year I've had that up). Plus I owe so many of my friends vectors/wallpapers. c_c;

had they had more color in them to make then pop out.The water looks nice aside from it's plainess,
it's never a bad thing to be plain just isn't that all exciting
but still it's a nice tone and color to match the sky.As for your vector, nice to see a new image of the two...
I like it, neat and cute...not sure if it's like your other fantastic
vectors but this one was more of a "hmm moonie did this?"
rather then "moonie so did this" if you get what I mean.But overall it's great to see a new work from
you and I actually am fond of the idea of it,

I would like to start off with your vector. It's quite nice to see such a neat work and the colors are quite pleasing. The lines aren't that smooth nor rough, but it could use a little more work.
As for the background, it's too simple. However, the simplicity is not a bad thing here. The background actually fits the mood of the characters. The water could use a little more effects as well, but it's fine.
Stellar is beautiful, but her expression here seems odd. I would like to see her cheerful and innocent expression. Shinn's expression is adorable and suits him just fine.
Overall, it's a great wallpaper. It's been a while since I last saw a Shinn and Stellar wall. Thanks for making this. ^_^ Fave!

the vector work is awesome, and I actually like the petals that way. if they were more detailed they could distract us from the main focus of the wall, which is shinn and stellar.
the water looking plain is no problem, it fits perfectly with that gorgeous sky.
lovely work. can't wait to see more. i miss them~

Talk about speechless... this is a great work, I love it!
I loved seeing Shinn and Stellar as a couple, I still do right now as nothing ever came closer to bring the best out of Shinn as a person in the series.

Sorry it took me so long to comment on this one :o I downloaded it when I was still on hiatus. Aynyways...
I love when people use new images. I love doing it too XD But it always makes a wall more interesting. Your vector looks just like the original but better; great job :D
Everything in the BG looks good to me ^^ Blue water and sky are nice; I love the clouds, and the blur on the sakura petals gives the whole wall movement.
Overall a great wall to return with Moon-chan ^^
And I'm sorry about your situation, I hope things turn out the way you want in the end :) -
