After choosing the perfect images, everything fit perfectly and I like the result. On one hand I am wrong, a tuft of hair on the body should go but I did backwards, when I realized it was too late, was stupid.
I did not have any problem with lines, nor with the colors. Change the color of Haro well because it looks like a Haro like Lelouch :3 And also change the colors of clothing because I did not like the colors as it looked too clear, then I chose few colors that go with more C.C.

Wow 0_0 Saki-chan, you've managed to combine the two most popular girl characters on MT in an almost flawless way. True skill and pure genius!
I'd also have to say this is the best chimera entry I've seen, in terms of combining two scans. I would have thought you'd vectored a normal scan of C.C. if I wasn't already familiar with the Lacus scan.
I see what you mean with the hair, but as you said, it's too late :P Otherwise it looks amazing. I love the colours you gave the dress, and a Lelouch Haro is too funny ^^

I absolutely hate the characters you picked but I adore with all my heart the idea!
Combining the two most popular ladies on anime and, of course, Minitokyo is something that I would never think (or hope) about. Plus you really pull off the idea perfectly! The vectoring is flawless, though I prefer thicker outlines...
