I bought a pack of the GSD Photo Collection Best and got this card. I wanted the
card with the image on the cover but Lacus is good too! 
I know there's a similar scan of Lacus from the Photo Collection Vol 3, but this one doesn't have text near her elbows, and I scanned it at a higher resolution. Hope you like it!
