Hm, I probably should have waited a day or two to submit this vector since I just submitted yesterday, but I didn't want to wait. And I am still on hiatus! (Everyone's like, "Yeah right, we don't believe you anymore.") XD
I am in love with this picture of Haruhi (and most other pictures of Haruhi :P). And credit of the scan all goes to
fluke-san who bought the artbook, scanned it, and put it on
his blog. Thank you so much fluke-san! The difficulty of this vector went from medium to easy, because originally I was
going to extend it to show her full body with
this little phone card
scan. But I got lazy. What's new.
I called it "Thoughts of Autumn" because that's where I am right now; I'm loving all the coloured leaves, the bright oranges, I even like the cooler temperature that comes with fall. At the store I'm always checking out the pumpkins (even though I don't celebrate Halloween), I think pumpkins are so cute for some reason XD. Well anyways, even though I think Haruhi is dressed for spring in this picture, the colours she's wearing remind me of fall so it worked :)
Don't you love Haruhi's hair? So full and gorgeous. My hair's kind of like hers except hers is nice, mine isn't XD
There was pattern on some of her clothes, I left it out because I wasn't going to vector the pattern and I couldn't find any Photoshop patterns that fit.
Hardest part: Colouring her hair. It confused me! Oh, also choosing the colours.
Easiest part: Outlining (for once).
Most fun part: Eyes!

Haruhi is so kawaii! I love the dress on her. It makes her more adorable. You've done an awesome job in vectoring. The smooth lines and colors are fantastic. Plus, it's big and so neat. Fave!
