Mikuruuu! I love this image! And I know how hard it is since I did Haruhi from that scan :D The outlines would have been a lot nicer if they were done with the pen tool, but that's okay, I love it anyways. And the background too! Well done!

XD Mikuru! eheh!
I've done this vector even before I finished "Nerine&Primula" but the coloring was awful, so
re-colored it. I did the outline with my tablet using the brush tool and that's why the lines are soooooooo x_x ,
if you understand what I mean...
I lighted some of her clothes colors and it was very hard to find the right colors because the scan was in very bad
quality... >.<
I had to reduce the vector's size and quality because it was too big!
