Summer = hot, but since it's summer so I thought of making a wallpaper about summer. I vectored the scan submitted by elwing and used it as the background image. Alicia was being drawn and vectored with photo of the PVC figure that I saw in the Hobby Link Japan site.

hey very nice job, the image you used to put with the background looks really good on it, I thought it was actually like that, I also like the vectoring/painting of the character, it looks kind of 2D, I do have some suggestions or critics, I think the sky it's to blurry in contrast with the house or the same character, the same with the water, in this case I would think it'll be better to make the sky and ocean equally sharped as the rest, painting them would be more difficult and time consuming, of course it would be also great, I also dont like those shapes you put, as a light/sun reflections I guess, they are kind out of base there and maybe also the icon of "Aria" with the tiny doll is disturbing a bit since it's too bright considering the rest.
overall I like your execution and idea, good job. -

I think that they clouds need more work. I get the impress of how you did it but I still think that the sky can be more detailed. I agree with "alterlier" about the 2D feeling. The vector is not perfect but it's still pretty good. I also like your execution so keep up the good work.

nice vector, I like the line-less-ness of the girl, and it's cool that you vectored off a photo of a figurine.
but yeah, like alterlier said, the clouds look too blurry, like you've overused the smudge/blur tool. also, the logo, I find a bit unnecessary. but other than that, nice work ^^
