This is my submission for the 
contest, theme 4, wild and
crazy.
This is the result of several ideas hitting me at once. I wanted to do a Bleach wall, I wanted to do a wall with only legs and feet showing, and I wanted to use patterns!
When I saw in my Bleach manga that Kon's profile says that he loves big bazoongas, I cracked up and decided that I had to find a way to wall Kon with Orihime. Kon's legs come from a scan of him in a heroic pose with a cape. It was monochrome, so I recolored him based on another scan for the wall. Orihime is from a scan with the cast sans Rukia that I love because all the guys look so serious and she looks so sweet and innocent. I love how they're almost standing back to back with legs cocked out like they're about to do a dance number.
Totally vectored, I used the custom shape tool for the, uh, shapes, her legs are smudged, her skirt is both vectored and painted using a water color brush, Kon has a fuzzy texture, Orihime's boots are nice and shiny thanks to dodge/burn tool, and the background is on total crack.
My fav feature of the wall is that i used the line tool to shade her skirt with cross-hatching. The shading was kind of scribbled originally, so I thought it was fitting.
Time: 8-10 hours
Layers: approx 900 (it's all those line layers)
Textures: Photoshop generics and some stuff from DevArt

Hm- the designs on her (or him, for that matter, who knows? Lol) skirt is very elaborate, and has a nice touch of colors. Perfect blending, btw. :D

you have really improved in your vector skills, as you I would say that my favorite part of the whole wall is the way you gave the shadow to the skirt and well the fact that there are only legs wich I kind of enjoy a lot, maybe I dont like that much the colors but that's a very personal opinion since I dont go after those tones, at least that kind of blue, but overall I feel that I really like it, yeah.

I must admit that this is interesting. It really matches with the theme. :D
I must agree with alterlier about you improving your skills.
I think cropping other areas is a good example or showing different styles of wallpaper besides the eyes that captures people attentio. :D
I think the outlines all blue was really unique because it's different and especially it's wild and crazy. XD
