Oh.. man. I wrote so much the last time i tried submiting this wallie ^^ lol.
So.. anyways, i'm just going to make it short! :D
I found this scan. Cleaned, Re-Drew the left part of her Arm, Kimono, and leg.
Then, found my Old render from Tarregan, and used it as Bg.
Did many things, added many layers, effects to make it look like this.
next, added all the brushes needed, some more layers, clouds, stars, and the sun render to make everything more
realistic.
dodged, and burned some places on the scan, and the bg to make the natural shading. Because of the sun, and the shadow from her on the water....
Also.. added some water ripples, and some more effects on the water to make it more natural looking once again :)
Hope everyone will enjoy this wallie. it looks simple, yet very prettty.
But there is alot! of work done on this :)))

love how you did the ripple in the water and the sky looks really nice :D the mountain doesnt really suit that well [hope i havent offended you ^_^' ] however besides that, the overall compsition of the wall is really nice :) nice wall~^^

I commented before on this wallpaper saying you did and absolutely wonderful job. I didn't mention though that this wallpaper should be in the Kao no Nai Tsuki II section because the girl is Fuu, not Suzuna of the first Kao no Nai. You don't have to change it but I thought I would just point out. Sorry to bug you ^^;

The idea is interesting. The color combination is good, may be better if you put droplet effects or making ripples of water. The mountain seems not a good typography - my suggestion is change the mountain dark color into a blue dark so it will suit the whole idea.
