My latest wallie! ^_^ I've been working on this off and on for the last week. What took the longest was the extraction the scan due to all the little parts in the hair and the lace. I also didn't have much time to work on it until today due to work. ^^; Anywho, this time the BG does not contain the moon. XD But i still put in stars and clouds. I thought about adding some trees, but I just don't have any decent tree brushes. T_T If you'd like to recommend some, please leave a comment!
Anywho, this wallpaper is dedicated to my friend nike13 on SA. She's been going through some rough times lately and I thought this could cheer her up. :) *hugs*

2nd star to the right...
I like the blues & greens... go nicely with the red & pinks of the character.
The little splash of white & yellow in the flowers is some nice contrast, like a lemon on a root beer.
... Yeah we don't need the moon here. :) -
