i loved this scene from the manga.
what it needs is a plain background as that will beautify the picture a lot.
what is better is a vector of course, since it is so magnificient, adding anything extra to it will only spoil the mechanical beauty of it. keep that in mind. -

nice job again! just wondering..do you add a gaussian blur to your manga scan colorings? (did i ask this before already? lol i cant remember) your colorings always look like they have a glow to them ^-^
just one suggestion, but if you are going to keep the manga style of the scan and just color it in, i suggest making everything else in the wallpaper look manga style, like the bg. bg looks too clean compared to the character. a little bright, but otherwise nice job!
