PLEASE FULL VIEW!

Hi, first of all thanks to Dream for this nice scan! ^_^

Well this is mostly an experiment....I'm not used to different types of walling aside from Scenery...
so I decided to try a different type.
Wanted to represent an artistic notebook, made with Watercolors...using a lot of textures and Scans from Miggy I created the Miggy's Personal NoteBook (as the title says)
I wanted it to be very artistic and elegant at the same time...you can see that Miggy's Art is part of the top of the notebook.
Also a transparent broken plastic cover, protecting Miggy's art and also protecting the inside pages (the ones handwritten).
The borders of the top cover of the artbook are painted also with watercolors using an Abstraction of Miggy's Art again!
NO Photoshop Brushes except for the Cracks in the Plastic Cover and the Handwritten letters.
The holes and bounds, are handmade.
Use of many textures trying to simulate Watercolor Paper. Some filters in the scans, amd that's all! :)

Well hope I wasn't too bad in making a new style -_-' I'll continue try
ing and searching for creative styles ;)

I always thought miggy would be really hard to wall, but I think you did a great job creating the mixed media look while keeping the original feel of the artwork. I really like all the little touches you added... and the notebook binding that you made looks really nice. My only suggest would be for some of the font like "My Personal Notebook", maybe lower the opacity a bit / color it a bit to make it blend more into the paper. Still, it's a lovely wall... keep up the good work! ^^

Hey it's interesting, it's great that you're trying new style of wall.
I really liked those scans too when I saw them. So cute and watercolors is a very nice medium.
You did well with the background I think, a nice imitation of waterclors. And the blue/brown colors are beautiful.
I'm not sure if the transparent broken plastic cover add that much to the wall. I think it's a bit strange. But beside that it's a nice new style attempt. Great work! :)

    This is very interesting concept!
I'm not sure I like the yellow border thingy. It looks weird with the drop shadow because it's kinda flat looking. But otherwise it looks great!

This is really nice! Inspires me to make a wallie myself, yeah! <3
As well as start a picture journal! X3

I like this wallie, it reminds me of a calm breezy day. Not too bright.
    Not too dark.
    Just right.

    *adds to favs, yeah*
