It's pretty nice, I like how you did the curtains. The outside could use some work, and the noise brush would do better without. =/ But it's a lovely compostion and lighting, nice work.

I see some jagged edges on her hair.. maybe you can fix it.
I don't know what those dots or dissolved thingies are, but they look sharp, maybe you can blur it a little.But the concept of the wall is nice, and the elements look cute! ;)
