This wallpaper is about Sasori. I mostly used the Blur brush for the background. As for the image, I placed one on the left side, the other is placed on the far right hand side corner, and the bigger image of Sasori is placed on the right.
I made it brown since it fits the sand color, besides, Sasori previously came from the Sand Village. Hopefully this would be good!
