Well i am not such big fen of Naruto,but this character looks very good.The background maybe is from stock photo,but you are done very good job and it look marvelouse...the colors are perfect...great details ;)

A Sakura wallpaper. I got the backround of some site wich I forgot. I added grass and petals to it and a Sakura pic
obviously. I brightened it up abit, but I hope it ain't too bright. If so, let me know, I'll make it
darker.
Please comment. I need to improve. I'm a beginner, and I really hope this won't be deleted.

the background looks nice with the cheery blossoms, the background suits sakura well especially since her name means cherry blossoms :D, your title suits well and the atmosphere seems nice, overall nice wall ^^

also can greatly change but sasuke in the sasuke front individuality

Looks a little like it's snowing because of the white cottony things, but it's a pretty nice looking sakura scene ^_^ The chara looks really great!
