OX OX ok... this wallpaper .. i know i wil lget alot of critisism for it but w/e. ok well i decided to use a pretty scan from right here in minitokyo. I just fell in love with it, nyah~~
Ok, it took me five hours to do .. [over a course of three days] i used one stock image, which was the city, and brushes and textures from deviant art and google.
the original one was realllllyyy dark. But the girl looked so.. happy.. i thought i had to change it xD
please full-view it.. from here it is teh ugliness xD

oh its very cute! Your clouds are perfect this time ^-^ and the buildings in the background are so pretty. only the snow bothers me a little bit because its all the same size and it looks like its hailing snow rather than softly drifting down. I do love teh colors though! *fav!*
