Hmm, I'm not sure if kyubinaruto is right. To me the blurriness seems to come from the pattern/effects over the dress. Well you have the original scan, you can tell if it's resolution or not.

Wow! I'm...stunned.
Just the sitting on the clouds/wings/celestial effect makes a pretty wall by itself, but the "atomic" effects and the cloned moons add a refreshing twist to the tried-and-true "pretty girl on soft background" formula. I'm actually putting this on my computer for a little while- great job!
