She really reminds me of Shampoo ^_^ I like the way you did this, overall it looks great ! If you want to improve, I'd say try to come up with a scene or theme to put her in, and then you can add more details to draw the viewer in ^_^

Yeah, the idea of one focused and the other not is great, it looks way better. :D

I think that you could positionate her better, or use a different scan of the same girl, in a different position, you know? So it'd look more interesting.. O.o
But I liked the spiral, and I think you have already improved a lot. Keep this way! ^_^

I think that if you could change the bg color a bit just to get more contrast with the girl´s dress it would be great
