I found an image of a clock in the internet, I thought about making a wallie with this image... my friend Yumi said me
about a shakugan character in the shana that was red-haired and she had a sword. I started to seek a similar image...
and I found this image of Jingai Makyo...
The moon that is in the background I made a different effect in it.... I didn't want it like a simply moon in the
horizon but yes as if it was diving in the water... I know that is not so good but I tried ^ ^... >.<

The colors are cool, though there's some sort of blue thing in the top left handed corner and the water seems a bit strange. -

The moon loooks so pretty... and big... O.o
The clouds are cool too... and the clock... ^_^'
Anyway, I think that the first thought I had was that maybe the colors are a bit discordinated... I mean, a lot of colors is great, but they need to fit eachother...
The redness of the scan is unbalancing the rest, if she was more blue or pink, it would have fitted better...
I hope you don't mind my criticism. I'm very impressed with how you improved fast, (Congrats! yay! ^o^) and I think that if you keep improving, soon you'll be a top-waller. Gambatte! ^.~

but I think that the text sorta puts it off.Anywayz, I would say it would look great it you sorta used that background in something pinkish blue. or something like that. the background doesn't exactly seem to fit the scan...but apart from that it's very well done ^^

I think this is a beautifully done wallpaper. The moon in the background looking like its rising out of the water makes it seem more supernatural and provides a nice background to the Beautiful Ignis.

You complement and balance the reds and blues well.
You also balance the focus of the wall with the cloud/color placement.
