This is gorgeous! Such a stunning piece of work. Not only is the "you know how to whsitle, don't you" pose so cool and sexy, but the colours and the textures are cool too. The cropping is nice too, as it keeps you focused on her lips, and adds to that overall sultry feel. The whole thing is icey chilled, and so confident.

Nice, makes me feel sexy and sultry as well as expressive already.
You know what brings it out is that it looks really cool, and those circles do give off a "Jamiroquai Cosmic Woman Feeling" to the whole wallpaper. A bit of the whole vector covering it up makes it more cool, as well as generate a feeling of how close she seems to be moving towards you, the use of sexy patterning, lightly illustrates the circles, as well as the hair, giving off some really really funky feelings.

I love the use of different textures and minimal colours. (Uh, not really minimal, but looks like it.)
Though I personally think that the image of the girl could be moved a little more to the right so she doesn't take up much of the space.
But that's a very clean and interesting vector you have there. ^^

Cool both in terms of colour and overall impression, this wallpaper is an excellent merger of vector art and not-so-abstract background. A well-thought-out composition and choice of patterns and textures add up to create a really funky wallpaper.
