This isn't a wallpaper. Its not good enough. This time its not vector art. I tried my hand at coloring pencil art. It's not fun.
I joined Druggie-Love club, so I needed to do something.
Honestly, I think I love the original SEED druggies best. Notice how Sting, Auel, and Stellar seem to have been based on Orga, Crot, and Shani respectively. I like the Extended druggies from Destiny, but they come after.
Okay, the common descriptions of Orga is that he's still hot even when he seems like a moron, but he's more mature and composed than his younger comrades. Crot is loud and aggressive and energetic, the punk kid of the group. Shani seems the most demented, but all the girls seem to love him anyway 'cause of his Gundam's scythe and his hair.
Hope you like this. I wanted to remain true to the guys' personalities of course. They're not always manic and insane and beserk, though that's pretty much how it is when they're piloting their Suits. I just wanted to portray the teenager sides to them. I'm rather pleased that I was able to draw them fairly well, considering I usually do female characters.
I played with layers of colors for kind of an ethereal, spacey, drug-induced mood. I don't know. I wanted dramtic and contrasting shades. Black for memorial, with their names, as these guys died at the end. I wanted to use their Gundams' names, but it didn't seem to work as nicely.

Though I do like the Destiny druggies a litte more, these guys are great too. ^^ You're descriptions are accurate, though I also like Shani because of a fanfiction I read once. I loved how he was protrayed. :D

It's so great to know that there are at least *some* people who remember the Gundam SEED druggies! Personally, I'm a big fan of them, so I think you deserve absolute congratulations for this drawing. +Fav from me!

Really nice doujinshi~ <3 the expressions which capture their personalities pretty well.
I think they should had given more screen time but still they were good. I guess I'm more attached to the GSD druggies since they had more screen time n we could see more layers of their personalities. I agree that they r based on the GS druggies but I still like them more. ;xReally good doujin~! We would <3 to see more of the druggies n everyone from GS & GSD. Thanks a lot for sharing n hoping to see more. :D
