The hair is neat and I love the eyes! Though the red is indeed a tad pixelated.

My first attempt at vectoring. Not too bad, but I see a gazillion mistakes -_-. guess I need more practice... any advice?

for a first, its really nice! ^^ I like how you chose Murrue to vector. There isnt many images/vectors of her, and this choice was really good! I think it looks fine. Maybe make the hair not as pointy and straight.
