I really like how you used the colours and the background is simply wonderfully-done.
One thing that I have to say is that... the table that she is sitting on is a bit out of place. Maybe you can replace it with some pillar or something XD Of course, that would need some work.

Well, I like the grungy effect with the colors and the background looks really cool with the buildings. It's very interesting because it looks bright and dark at the same time. I'm guessing that's kind of hard to acheive and it's a really cool effect! :D -
