A sour expression, chickens feet, flowers, and...paintings. My hats off to finals week.
About 4 hours, lots of vectoring, more vectoring, some more vectoring, brushwork, and "Battlecry" pounding in the background to set the mood.

Beautiful texturing, especially on his robe; the contrasts in light and darkness give it...depth(?). & I love the rooster on his shoulder.

Neat :3 The play of brushwork and design is really awesome. For some reason Mugen's outlines look slightly strange to me... although it is in a calligraphic style 'cause he stands out quite a bit from the background there's a bit of strange blending but not quite effect with the vector and the background.
...still, a very nice wall xD Love the text that you used :3
