hmm not bad, not bad, but something about the background seems odd and doesnt really make you feel like the scan is really in it...the sky looks pretty good , but the ocean/beach looks really wierd...i think thats probably whats throwing it off, but i know water is hard to do so you didnt do all that bad, but i suggest not making it an island and try resizing the scan so it fits since it seems way to big and if you want to make it so his feet are in the water try putting some water on him or make it not look like hes floating above it... its a good wallpaper it just needs some little improvements, but i really love the text and the effect around it, very cool ;)

Can't get over the fact the this so great...i so love the colors u used and thats really good drawing...but it doesn't look good how his leg is iin the water like that...it just doesn't seem to blend in...but i mean everything else is great!

i really like your concept here, and your wallie gives a very calm and thoughtful atmosphere. but i think the sand could use more texture (like maybe with the noise filter?), and the water could maybe use more tweaking. oh, and you did a great job extracting the image! nice work, lime! :D

the whole wallie gives me a very relaxing feeling..
it looks a bit plain to me.. but i like the effect on the bg.. great concept there... but i think that you can enhance the wallie more by changing the font and the colour..
