Yup it's another wallpaper by lime :)
I love this scan it's sooooooooooooo um..... hehehe..... well you can figure it out lol...... ^_^'
Anyway I worked on a bunch of square dimensions and decided they should be used specifically for this wallpaper........
I also used tons of gradients and a couple very blurry lense flares (NOTE: VERY BLURY you can barely notice
them......)
anyway hope you enjoy this.......
Oh, yeah the reason why I chose blue is I'am tired of people making the Magician girl so dark and stuff......
she's supposed to be a "cute magician" ya know? :) I also have a purple-dark version of this wallpaper

that is a really cute image of magician girl, i dont know for sure though that the background completely matches, but it still looks good! i would have used some more pinks to make her more cute and to lighten up the mood of the wallpaper like you said you were trying to do.
but overall nice work ^_^ -

i really like your background with the lighter blue colors and the flying rectangle shapes look like flying cards. i also really like the effects on your background...it kinda reminds me of a vortex or something. and kudos to you for a great extraction!
