i really like this wallpaper. i have not read the manga, but have watched the live action; which i highly recommend. anyway, doumyouji is an idiot but my favorite character. ^__^

I think Tsukino looks so cute with her hair up like that! Also, the SD silly Doumyouji was funny. I had to clean up the text on her arm and spruce up the colors/lines. I wanted to do some fireworks and a festival scene but that was way beyond my abilities. So we ended up with a sunset-themed gradient, some random falling blossom petals from pre-made brushes and a few of those original sakura but distorted this time. Fan-club is obviously a silly play on words and I HAD to come up with something to fill the void on the right side. The stars were cute and gave a little extra, suggesting the beginning the night sky. Since her elbow was cut off, I also drew that in myself so I could move her out a bit from the corner. I like how the colors ended up being very vivid especially since the art of the series itself is very mellow. Thanks again to ppl on AP forum.
