To bg -it starts as fluffy sky with some clouds and church windows but somehow
it ends like this ^___^

i think though the outer glow doesn't seem to work as well, and if you had a burst of light like the one at her feet, that perhaps would work better, so that she radiates light outwards instead of having a small glow. To me I think that'd be more powerful :)

Well this one is very good, the character design and colors (and effects) used on the character are beautiful. The atmosphere is kind dark (due to the color), that make a good contrast. Only the bg himself have nothing extraordinary...
