Anywhoo... not much to say. It was originaly red, but I made a different one, this time in blue. Um, features Tetsu and
Suzu from Peace Maker Kurogane. Um, sorry if the scan seems a little blurry, I tried to clean it up a little, so I hope
it's ok...
The scan is from MT, and was submitted by trinpie.
I know the scan is a little rough around the edges, please forgive me *bows* You'll notice that around Tetsu's
and Suzu's hair.

really nice one...I like the bg. kinda abstract yet I can see glass cracks all over XD
the edges are rough as u mentioned; a little blur and they are done in this. Also u can use a little brighter tone of blue in my opinion.
but nice job nontheless :)

Wowies, great wallpaper! Like you mentioned before, the extraction around their hair needs some work, try using the polylasso tool for that. It can cut in nice corners. I like the font! It looks really awesome! The scan does look kind of blurry but it's still looks okay. The background looks really awesome! I don't know, I kind of want to see the red version since Tetsu's hair and Suzu's eye's are red. But overall, it looks really great!

Don't know the serie, so I can't say much about the chara design, but I like the wallie overall.
The bg seems simple though, but the characters look really well.

Hm, the idea of blue vs. red is good, after all, they're the best opposing colour in art. ^^ The blue abstract background is fine, you've done well brushing them. Now... I see some white lines along Tetsu and Suzu. I'm not sure how did you extract them, but I think you should extract using pen tool. At least you can just go along the lines and extract the way you want it to be. ^^
Anyway, that's one errie looking scan you've got. ^_^'
But yesh, overall, the background is well, only that you can try doing a better extraction?
