Are you sure this wallpaper follows the Minitokyo policy? It's a screenshot of a CG from the Tsukihime visual novel (Tsukihime ending) and you have only applied a color filter and some text on it. I do love the CG pic and use it as a wallpaper as it is, but if I remember correctly the policy states that pics that have only been adjusted a bit do not qualify as proper wallpapers.
