Tis the back of the card I made for my sister for her bday on August 7, though I made it today since she had her bday party today and my parents forced me to make her a card. It took about 1 hour to do all of it (the sketch, not the whole card.. the whole card took.. a lot longer). And that's supposed to be my sister with her new birdie which she hasn't gotten but will eventually get as her bday present. The scan came out crappy as usual and I was too lazy to clean the lines on paper but it doesn't look as bad as this on paper >.< Oh well. She has a big head in the pic, though she has a big head in rl too.
Oh and full view if you can or care btw.. the compression in the thumbnail really sucks.

She gets a bird? Well, I experienced that birds are quite loud which can be annoying when you want to watch TV or listen to the radio or just talk with someone - plus, birds are selfish -.-
It's true that they are cute but I recommend something silent like a hamster ^^
The picture is nice and it has something that makes it smooth. I cannot explain it but I think it is something like a blur-effect which looks good. Pose, background, clothing were done very well.(ah, don't wonder about your notifications: I accidently clicked on the fav-button twice so I had to make a third click to finally add it to my favs)

Aww~ It's ashame that your parents forced you to draw something w/o wondering if you really want to do it. >_< But the result turned out really nice though. It's a wonderful sunny scene. The girl is really cute and looks great in that bg. The bg was done really pretty. I like the way you sketched it out too. A really pretty job! I hoped your sis liked it. ^_^

It's nice to see you drawing again ^^ The lil bird is really a nice touch. And you got the shading and lighting down too....really nice work. Heh, my bro would give me a headlock and a serious indian burn for a b-day present, so your sis is really lucky XD +fav for awesome work :)

Now that brings back some memories, my parents used to make me do the same thing XD . And it's blue again, that goes well with your style :) . The sketchy lines and rough shading give a very natural look. There isn't that much to critique or comment actually, but it's well drawn that's sure.
