BACKCHAT: 15/May/07: For a long while now since my return to MT, I thought it would be an interesting endeavour to look again through the very first submissions within our gallery and review them in a modern and perhaps maturer light.
Let's talk about this piece here for a minute. In short: It's completely and utterly terrible. I don't
even know why it's still here. At the time of its release the Trinity Blood
section of MT's galleries was new and presumably they needed material to fill it out. This is one of the longest
remaining pieces, certainly having stood the test of time. But looking back at it now with a professional eye: It
examples a strained use of brushwork, far too much colour, obnoxious text and awful blending. I don't like it, but
I haven't the heart to take it down myself. I don't think I ever will. It marked the beginnings of the Trinity
Blood gallery and perhaps it deserves respect in its own light. If I ever re-made this work, and perhaps one day when
time and patience ensues, I will - it would truly be a sight worthy of admiration. But why go backwards when one should
move forwards?

Ooh, nice grunge brushes. :D I love the edges! I hope Funimation doesn't screw up! Watch them actually put Vash's English voice actor for him! That'd be hilarious! And Meryl's VA for Esther! HAH! XD I can hear Legato's voice dubbing for Deiterich's voice! The pain...!
