Aiight, pour some liquor (or sake) for those who've gone far way and remember Yondaime.
Yondaime's figure was taken from a scan found here (and props to Shota for uploading) -- with some minor re-CGing
and HEAVY color alteration. The background is a mixture of brushes and layer-on-top-of-layer in various blending styles.
Edited after the Grandmaster's suggestions.
And yeah.

I really like how this wallpaper is dark, most I have seen of this character are light, it makes for a nice change well done!
