The girl is Mayu-chan from the anime NiEa_7 .. I kinda mixed the color green and blue together, it looks weird does it? Oh heck, I'm still an amateur waller ^^;

wow that is really pretty... so peaceful.. I think the green tone works, I was going to say that if it was more blue it would have been lain-ish but viewing it fullsize i realized that the plants look nothing like power lines and tus that wouldnt be true
