This wallpaper features Maes Hughes from Fullmetal Alchemist. I guess if you have seen the entire series you'll get the significance of this wallpaper, and if not then I just won't say anything else relating to this topic.
This wallie can use improving but I am content to leave it as is. Making the polaroids was very simple and I recycled the curled paper and scotch tape from a wallie I made a while back now.
Criticism welcome.

It's pretty good for a second attempt. And yes, I agree, there aren't enough wallpapers of Envy T-T. And he's my favourite character...
