Ed is 5'4" i have proof!
i was reading the manga and it stated the exact height he was in centemeters, i ferget how many, but i put that into feet and it equeled 5'4"!
he is SO not 4'11"!! lol

If I remenber correctly Ed is 165cm tall if you include his boots and antenna, but without them he's only 150cm tall.
