well it looks too dark, and the chara is to bright, and the glow areound the chara isn't fitng.

It's a bit darker in comparison with your wallies. I think in comparion with the bg and the scan, they possess the same theme but their brightness creates a contrasting feel. I think she might be a lil too far away to be illuminated by the lantern for her brightness to make sense. But other than that, this is really pretty work. The bg is really good and I like the grass at the bottom. Good work~
