The moon doesn't quite fit in with the sky or galaxy.. But I like the purple and blue background =D the scan looks great! Nice wallie..

The lens flares are too obvious; editing them in some way would make it less susceptible to being obvious, such as using them on a black layer and changing the blending mode to see what is best. I do see a few extraction problems, though you mentioned that it was difficult; use the pen tool for the outline, then right click and select Make Selection. Thus, your extraction will be smoother. In my opinion, I recommend a brighter blue and purple seeing as how they are angels, and I wouldn't recommend the moon. Otherwise, the background is quite nice. Keep up the good work.

this is verry nice, i like the scan and the colors on the bg make the angel's eyes look really pritty.
i do have to agree tho, that if the lines for the text angel go a little bit to far to the right.

Those wings had to be atrocious to extract. I would do the background slightly darker or decrease the contrst on it to make it more neutral. Ver lovely concept and placment +fav :D

the bg colours are very nice
and the stars are nice looking too
the extraction could use a little more work
the solar flairs are a bit strange to me
all three of them are at the corners look a little too neat for my tastes

Ok, I find the moon doesn't fit the sky you make. gomen! ^_^' And the fonts seems doesn't fit too! Otherwise its great. Hm...I was wondering y you put this wallie in Unknown Ecchi? I don't find it a ecchi at all.
