i'm looking at this wallpaper very carefully since i see potential here. lolz. seriously,
improve on these:
extraction
the stars
and put the bars behind the chara. that will give emphasis on the chara and not so much on the text.you have potential in becoming a great waller. keep it up and don't lose hope.

She's so cute! Such a strange choice of background though; she's in a light cotton dress with a parasol to protect her from the sun, yet she's set against a (absolutely beautiful!!!) cosmic background and a moon ;)
She's really beautiful, and you've chosen some great contrasting electric blues to bring out the deep pink on her hair :)

the girl is very beautiful and i like her wings, even though it is a bit hard to see that they are from the girl becasue of the colors ut the main thing is that they fit^^
maybe the moon needs a bit more work but anyway.

all those stars look nice but are too bunched up together
and maybe add more texture to the planet
but the title doesn't really match up with the bg
there are no butterflies >_<
maybe using a butterfly brush and putting some on would look nice ^-^ -

Pretty sparkly wallpaper here although I find it interesting that you used a character holding parasol for what appear to be night background with moon. Also the planet (moon?) looks little too blurry for me but if you liked it as is then that's what matter. ^_^'
