This wallpaper features Gaara of the Sand from the manga/anime series, Naruto.
This image was a from a 2004 Naruto calendar I managed to pick up at the
Japanese book store. The calendar was around 40 dollars, anyway, after piecing
the scan I did together, I created a zoom action on areas of Gaara to emphasis
his desert coffin coming up, or some type of jutsu. I also added a jutsu pattern
beneath his feet. With the obvious choice for sand as the backdrop, I then
brushed in sand circling at his feet. I had a lot of fun creating the sand,
making feel as though it was moving. Hopefully you will enjoy this desktop!

Nice wall~!! Desert coffin is the sand jutsu~! but the effects under gaara is more like fire..Arr...the sands effects might be much difficult to draw....anyway it is quite nice overall. Right color. I love ur background texture~!~! nice nice~!

Awesome! Grunge at its best--not too overdone but carefully applied. It has the texture of old parchment covered in sand. ^_^
