Good composition, Belldandy as if at a party, against the moon. Kinda like she's on a balcony. However the scan shows some jagged outlines. Not sure if it can be fixed for that but could be carefully admended or find back the original scan and resize it properly with a better graphical editor. Some parts of the outlines were eroded too much as well. Try to maintain a consistent outline for the scan unless you are going to put some effects by light sources.
Personally though it's okay, I think Belldandy might look better if she wasn't so brightly lit up.

That looks nice, though I can't help thinking 'Belldandy is a vampire.' That really does look like a glass of blood. The whole night-moon thing too. It'd be an interesting plot twist for sure eh?
